Our Process
The standard procedure for our website design and development service is as follows:
- Client inquires about our services via our quote request form,
or by speaking to us directly.
- We schedule a meeting to go over the clients website goals.
- Based on our meeting, we supply the client with a detailed price quote.
- After the price quote is accepted, we then draw up a custom contract for the project.
- We provide the client with a preliminary website template for approval.
- Once the template is approved, contract is signed, and the deposit requirement is satisfied, we begin work.
- Throughout the website development process we regularly update the client on the progress and schedule meetings as needed.
- Once the project is completed, we fully beta-test all programming and components to ensure quality.
- We present and demo the finished project, and provide any necessary training required to utilize the developed features.
- The client reviews all aspects of the website for the final approval.
- When the client is fully satisfied with the website, the remaining balance is paid (in most cases, NET-30 terms).
